Proposing WPOD-NET combining SVM system for detecting car number plate

<span lang="EN-US">Nowadays, there are many smart parking lots using plate detection system to control in/out vehicles. However, the disadvantages of systems a fixed environment and necessity manual labor requirement checkpoints in entrances. To solve problems, novel algorithm for wide-angle detecting car number warped planar object (WPOD-NET) modified support vector machine (SVM) is proposed. Comparing other models, proposal improves not only range angle but also accuracy shady conditions. The results show that model up 95.1% with 1000 testing images various scenarios.</span>
